- All sessions are fully clothed.
- Wear Yoga/Tai-Chi garb if possible.
General Information
- Come for your session: park in the driveway! And ring at the front door.
- The studio is at garden level, there are stairs up to the house, and also down to the studio: there will be some chairs where we can discuss the plan for the day.... and a place to put your things.
- There will be no paperwork.
At the beginning of each session I will do an assessment, standing first.
I will assess again when you are on the table. Then, we will get started addressing what is coming up for you that day.
I will say a few words at the beginning, but not much during the session.

Our body communicates to us. When ignored, these communications become misplaced, stored incorrectly in our bodies, all for not having been seen to. Our wonderful bodies carry these communications until we listen. For clients on my table, I help listen.
